Term of Service

1. Rights & Use

- Artist own copyrights of the drawing and file, including displaying, advertising, printing,broadcasting, showcase,
- Credit is a must
- No Ai training/ Tracing / NFT
- Do NOT re-sell, re-touch Artist artworks
- Commercial right may different for each type. Commercial broadcast right means usage of Work on stream, videos, advertisments an other content, or any similar monetized instances ; [Commercial distribution](Commercial distribution) rights means selling or reselling Work to other party as a part of any product or merchandising.

2.Commitment & Agreement

- Client provides clear references such as : pose, outfit, expression. if Client can't find a reference please give a brief explanation about it
- Client agrees that Artist use their own art style
- Artist will not trace or heavily reference other artists works
- Both Artist and Client must keep secret of the private massages including personal data.
- Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools
- Clients have the right to request refund 5 months after deadline if work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline

3. Payment

- Prices are in USD and Rupiah and paid via Vgen ( + 10% Tax ) and payment outsite Vgen (Paypal +5% Tax) for international Client ; For local use BRI, Trakteer (+5% Tax), Dana, Ovo, Gopay, Shopee
- Price may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and additional request
- Once Work has begun or payment have been made, the Client acknowlegges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to recieve
- Client agrees that they will not issu chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed
- No refund are possible after Work begin unless initiated by the Artist

4. Work Flow

- The art will take 3 - 14 days each character depend on the detail and queue
- Maximum 3x revision on the sketch (only minor revision are allowed), revision after that will be charge
- Revisions may affect progress and limeline
- Artist provide progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily
- Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using GDrive in .Png, .Jpg format. Any files hosted by the Artist will be avilable for the Client to download for 2 weeks/ 14 days
- If there any delays and adjusment to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client
